Lindsey Wade
Lindsey Wade brings a rare combination of people-first leadership, strategic partnership development, and deep organizational experience to FromwithN.
Her career spans education, sales leadership, nonprofit programming, and public sector partnership, giving her a grounded understanding of how organizations actually work and what it takes to develop the people inside them.
Lindsey currently serves as a Senior Partner Executive at Sourcewell, where she builds strategic partnerships across public sector organizations.
She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and Human Development and is a Harvard Kennedy School Public Leadership Credential candidate.

Aaron Wagner
Aaron Wagner has spent more than 20 years developing leaders and building the kind of internal systems that make companies stronger from the inside out.
His career spans sales leadership, organizational development, recruiting, and change management, giving him a practitioner's understanding of what it actually takes to develop people and move organizations forward.
Aaron founded FromwithN because he kept seeing managers who wanted to lead well but didn't have the systems or support to do it.
He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Change Management, is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and is a certified Working Genius facilitator.
