All From Withn apparel should be flipped inside out and washed on a gentle cycle then left to hang dry. Heavy duty washing or washing without flipping the apparel inside out can lead to damaged/loose embroidery.

We use a vinegar based fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) which is applied to the inside labels of our products during the printing process. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. This is not permanent and will go away after one wash.

Shop Pay is a way for you to break down your order into 4 interest free equal payments as long as your order total is within $50-$3,000 USD. Shop Pay is only available for residents with an United States address.
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and even Shop Pay Installments.

REPLACEMENTS
We do not offer refunds/exchanges for incorrect size selections. Please use the size guides for assistance.
You can replace your order within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered if the product is damaged or defective. We also do not accept returns or refunds for digital products or e-gift cards.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged or defective please contact our support team at support@fromwithn.com. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the defective product as well as pictures of the product. Damaged/defective products includes misaligned text and loose embroidery threads that jeopardize the integrity of the entire text area. Garments with threads that have been pulled, wiggled, or altered in any way do not classify as a damaged/defective product.
REFUNDS
If an order arrives damaged/defective and you would like a refund instead of a replacement order, please contact our support team at support@fromwithn.com for assistance. Please include refund in the subject line and your order number.
We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order and another 6-12 business days to deliver our products. Please allow 10-15 business days for international shipping.
Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during the holiday season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, or natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
For packages lost in transit, please contact us at support@fromwithn.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
You should first check with the shipping carrier for any updates regarding your lost order. If the shipping carrier is unable to assist, we will verify your shipping address and ship out a replacement order at no additional cost.
If your tracking number is marked as delivered, but you can't find it please contact the carrier for assistance with your order.
If you receive confirmation that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please use your tracking number and contact the carrier to assist with locating your order and possibly starting a claim.
There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your address in an unexpected location.
If the carrier does not locate your package even though the order was marked as delivered, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped at your expense.
